If a Hold request is associated with a record incorrectly or if all items are no longer available, you can transfer the Hold to another title record while preserving the Hold request time.
Pull up the Bibliographic record to which you would like to move the request, click on Mark For, and then Title Hold Transfer.
A brief confirmation notification will appear in the bottom right of the browser.
Return to the Pull List or the Holds tab of the Patron’s account record, click on the Hold you want to transfer, right-click or select Actions and choose Transfer to Marked Title.
Confirm the destination of the transferred Hold:
The holds list should reload automatically with the newly targeted item for the Hold.
