Evergreen Indiana Knowledgebase
The Evergreen Indiana Knowledgebase includes articles covering most aspects of Evergreen Indiana, and more are added monthly. If there is a topic that is not currently available in the Knowledgebase that would be beneficial to member libraries, please submit a helpdesk ticket to request the addition.
At this time, staff are working hard to update and add articles pertaining to the Acquisitions module. For now, you may wish to use the Acquisitions Training Manual linked below.
Please note that the articles within the Knowledgebase reflect Evergreen Indiana policies and procedures and may not represent workflows or staff client setups of other consortiums.

- F4 = Patron lookup
- F5 = Item Status
- F6 = In-house use
- F8 = Retrieve last patron account opened
- F9 = Reprint most recent receipt
- SHIFT + F1 = Register patron account
