Materials can be marked damaged if their condition is not in a desirable state following a circulation. The status change removes the item from circulation. Only the Circulation Library may mark their items as damaged. Contact the Circulation Library concerning items checked out to your Patron or returned to your library.
To mark an item damaged, you need to retrieve the item in the Client. You can do this in the Check in screen when processing the return, while using Item Status, Holdings View, or by viewing the item in the Holds Pull List.
