The LibraryIQ platform provides real-time insights to help better understand library data and confidently make decisions to get more patrons engaged and connected with library services.
In 2023, the Evergreen Indiana Library Consortium contracted with Library Systems & Services to provide access to the LibraryIQ platform for all of its member libraries. This platform provides information to library staff about collection circulation, composition, and balance as well as patron demographic information as it related to circulation and more. Training Materials
While these recordings are somewhat dated, they do provide a basic information on what core features are available to Evergreen Indiana member libraries through the LibraryIQ portal. These recordings are for duplicate training sessions but had different nuance based on questions from those attending.
