Did You Know?
You can use User Buckets to remove unwanted patron stat cats! Add the accounts you need to modify to a bucket and use Batch Modify Statistical Categories. Check mark remove and apply!
Q2 Invoices
The 2024 2nd Quarter invoices are now available via the web client. Payment will be due 35 days after receipt. Please contact Courtney Brown at 317-232-3691 or at cobrown@library.in.gov with any questions.
Registration Open
Registration for the Regional User Groups is now open! Links to the forms are available on the calendar. Please note that some locations have limited space.
Reports Project Help
Because of the retention period set up for our reports, it is difficult for us to determine which templates have not been used after one month. To work around that, we are asking that libraries look through their templates and delete any that are no longer used.
If the templates are owned by a staff person who is no longer employed at your library, please notify us so we may delete them or move them to a specified account.
We plan to complete this project by November 1st before we upgrade to v3.13.
Request for Partner
The company behind LibraryIQ is wishing to partner with an Evergreen Indiana library to have them share their experiences with the software. How using the software has improved library experience, circulation, programs, etc. If you are interested, please contact Courtney at cobrown@library.in.gov ASAP.

MessageBee Texts
MessageBee has notified us they have pushed the new “Welcome” text messages (see July 12 update) from August 1 to September 1 to allow for some extra testing.
Executive Committee
The next Executive Committee meeting will be at 1:00pm (ET) on Tuesday, August 13 at Morgan County Public Library in Martinsville. It will also be broadcasted via Zoom. A link is available on the Evergreen calendar.
