Technical News
Outbound calls to alert patrons that holds are available are ready. Beginning Monday, July 26, 2010, Evergreen Indiana will begin automatically calling patrons who have holds on the hold shelf. Please see the attached detailed explanation of the new feature, as well as a sign you may customize or use to alert your patrons.

A new report has been added to the Shared Folders–>Templates–>Admin–>EI Templates–>Inventory folder called, “Items to weed by circ modifier, last checkout.” Thanks to Judy Morehouse, Mooresville Public Library for suggesting this report.

Please remember that books and DVDs cannot be made available to our patrons until the street date given by their publishers. The Evergreen Indiana Consortium observes the street dates assigned by publishers to their materials.
