Membership Fees Due
Just a reminder that membership fees are due by February 3rd. Original invoices were mailed out on November 1st. Please email Courtney if you have any questions.
Annual Stats Update
Courtney has been very hard at work getting annual stats ready for Angela and for libraries. Directors will be emailed at the end of the month with more information.
Committee Nominations
It’s that time of year again! Start thinking about if you’d like to nominate someone or self-nominate to join one of our committees. More information on this will be available next week!

Updating Your Web Client Bookmark
We’ve had an influx of helpdesk tickets having issues with loading the web client with Hatch installed. Make sure all of your bookmarks and desktop shortcuts have been updated to:

Bug Fixes Applied
The bug fixes that were mentioned in the last newsletter have been applied to production. These include two fixes to the MARC Editor and one for Acquisitions. A color change was also implemented to better differentiate between overdue and lost bills on a patron’s account.
High Demand Circ Mods
Two new circulation modifiers have been added to production: high demand and high demand-restricted. Check out the updated circulation matrix to see if they’re useful for one of your collections!
2025 Conference
We are in the beginning stages of 2025 conference (Aug 15) planning for the consortium! Keep a look out for more information and a call for proposals!

Just a reminder that the EI Admin Office and the State Library will be closed on Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 21.
