Call for Nominations and Annual Meeting

The Evergreen Indiana Library Consortium is member governed with volunteers from member libraries representing their colleagues, peers, and communities on the Executive, Cataloging, Patron Services, and eContent Committee.  The Executive Committee is the main governance board for the consortium. The Cataloging, Patron Services, and eContent subcommittees create, clarify, and refine procedures related to work in member libraries as well as make policy recommendations to the Executive Committee.

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2025 Committee Election ballot.  Self nominations are encouraged!  The following seats will be open.  The call for nominations will close on Monday, March 31st at 8:00 am EST.  The slate of nominees will be presented at the Annual Evergreen Indiana Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 9th at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. CT for approval by the Library Council.  Please remember that each Evergreen Indiana member library is a council member being represented by their library director or designee.
