Evergreen Upgrade Nov 23-24
Just a reminder that the Evergreen Indiana server will be down for a software upgrade after 10pm on November 22, and all day November 23 and 24. Access to the web client, classic catalog, and Aspen catalogs will be unavailable. Jeremy will notify you via email when the web client is back up and accessible. Your library may wish to use Offline Circulation/Mode during open hours until the system is brought back up. A webinar on how to prepare for and use Offline Mode is scheduled.
Closed Nov 11
The Evergreen Admin Office, Indiana State Library, and InfoExpress will be closed on Monday, November 11th. Transits will not be picked up or delivered.
Local Admin Refresher
If you missed viewing the live LocalAdmin Refresher webinars this week, don’t worry! More information about accessing the recording will be released in a separate email later today.
Non-EI Library Survey
An email was sent out to the INPubLib listserv earlier this week requesting non-member libraries fill out a survey for the consortium’s strategic plan. If you’d like to see what Carson Block said in his video, you can watch it here.
Reports in 3.13
We will be going over the new Reports module in depth November 20, 21, and 22. Click here to register! The webinar will be the same each day.

If your library wishes to use Offline Mode (Circulation) during the Upgrade weekend in November, please join us on 11/18 at 10am (ET) or 11/19 at 3pm (ET) for a refresher on the process! Register here if interested.
