Board resolutions
With the payment pilot that will be starting in July and the other work being done to create an OPAC credit card payment functionality, it is very important that libraries get their board resolutions to accept library payments from all Evergreen Indiana libraries signed and sent into the Evergreen Indiana Coordinator.
You can find a copy of the Board Resolution here.
Please fax or mail a signed copy of the Board Resolution to:

Policy vs. Procedure vs. Technical questions
1) Policy questions: These questions involve whether or not one of the Evergreen Indiana committees has passed a definitive rule regarding a particular issue. In these cases, the policies are documented and kept up to date.
Below are suggestions on what to do if you think you have a policy question.
a. Go to the following websites and read through the documented policies:

- Evergreen Indiana Policies and Procedures
- Evergreen Indiana Circulation Policy
- Evergreen Indiana Cataloging Policy
- Evergreen Indiana Staff Profile and Working Account Policy

2) Procedure questions: These questions involve whether or not one of the Evergreen Indiana committees has documented a specific activity in their procedures.
Below are suggestions on what to do if you think you have a procedure question.
a. Go to the following websites and read through the documented procedures:

- Evergreen Indiana Circulation Procedures
- Evergreen Indiana Cataloging Procedures
- Evergreen Indiana Staff Training Documents
- Evergreen Indiana Member Resources
b. If you look through the documented procedures available and still cannot find an answer to your procedure question, send out an email on the listserv. Often your peer libraries can answer questions about daily procedures and best practices.
c. You may also contact your Evergreen Indiana Coordinator.
3) Technical questions: These questions are related to the Evergreen software.
a. If you suspect that the software is functioning incorrectly, please put in an Evergreen Indiana helpdesk ticket.
