**Proposed Fee Structure Informational Meeting

 During Autumn 2022, a working group of representatives from Evergreen Indiana member libraries joined together to develop and propose a restructuring of the membership fees for the consortium. This restructuring was driven by the need to increase revenues to provide the necessary support for the growing consortium. Join us for this informational session to learn more and ask questions.

Cat 1 Permissions

There are over 100 active Cat1 profiles that are due to expire at the end of the month. If you attended the live refresher webinar or an Advanced Cataloging webinar in the last six months, and your account has not been updated yet, please let me know as well as if you haven’t received your LEU certificate for this particular category. NEW Webinar — The OPAC: The Patron’s Side of Things

Take a walk on the patron’s side of Evergreen in the OPAC! Get an overview of the patron’s My Account feature as well as a refresher on how the traditional catalog works for searching and hold placement. We’ll also take a look at the resources currently available to patrons at the consortium level.

Upcoming Cataloging Interest Group Topic

We’ll be discussing Fixed Fields and how they are handled in Evergreen Indiana. We will not cover all of the available fields – just the most commonly used ones in monograph records as well as the special fields for audiovisual and serial records.
