Annual Report Statistics
Evergreen Indiana prefills including IDL consortium stats and PLAC loans have been sent to Angela Fox to be loaded into Bibliostat Collect. You will be receiving statistics packets for your libraries by January 30, 2023.
2023 Membership Invoices
Evergreen Indiana 2023 membership invoices have been mailed to libraries. If yours has not arrived, please email coordinator@evergreenindiana.org and a digital version will be sent to you.
2022 4th Quarter EIPP Invoices Available
Don’t forget to check for your 2022 4th Quarter EIPP Invoices at the Payment Reconciliation Reports link on the homepage of Evergreen. Payments are due by February 7.
Restructured Membership Fee Tiers – Informational Session(s)
During Autumn 2022, a working group of representatives from Evergreen Indiana member libraries joined together to develop and propose a restructuring of the membership fees for the consortium. This restructuring was driven by the need to increase revenues to provide the necessary support for the growing consortium. Join us for this informational session to learn more and ask questions. Upcoming Library Card Order Pool
The next library card order pool is scheduled for January 16-22. If you need to order library cards, please fill out the linked form and send to the email listed on it. Please note that you can order item barcodes at any point during the year. You can also submit orders for library cards at any time, but library cards will only be printed during the pool window.
