Changes to the Listservs

One of the common discussions at the Regional User Groups this year was there were TOO MANY LISTSERVS! We have decided to consolidate the Reports and Resources members into the Support list and the eContent listserv has been removed. The Catalog(ing), Support, Update, and Aspen listservs will remain.

Consortium Strategic Plan

We urge you to take the survey for the Evergreen Indiana Strategic Plan so that we may successfully plan our next steps for the consortium. Without your input, we will not have a guide to move us forward. We want to hear from everyone – all library staff, all board members, all admins, and all committee members. If you have questions about which survey you should take, please contact Courtney.

LocalAdmin and Cat1 Refreshers

Emails were recently sent out to the Support, Update, and Catalog listservs about the upcoming annual refreshers for LocalAdmin and Cat1 permission group holders. These notices are availble to view on the Evergreen Indiana Blog.

Coming Soon

The Executive Committee recently voted to transfer Evergreen Indiana’s voice notification system to MessageBee. When patrons receive phone calls, the caller ID should show the pickup library’s phone number.

Configuration has begun, but a start date has been determined yet.

Zoom Transition

We are in the process of transitioning to a new Zoomgov account for Evergreen and will be re-registering those who have signed up for future webinars. You will receive new registration confirmations as well as cancelation notices via email.
