NOTICE for LocalAdmin Holders
The 2024 Evergreen Indiana Local Administration Refresher has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 at 3pm (ET) and Thursday, November 7 at 11am (ET). We have scheduled it to last for one hour.
You can register here and choose the date you plan to attend.
What are we covering?
Topics will include but not limited to:
- Policy review
- LocalAdmin function updates (coming in late November)
- Common helpdesk tickets for LocalAdmin users
Who needs to take it?
Any staff person who holds LocalAdmin permissions. This is regardless of when you obtained these permissions. Example: If you obtained your LocalAdmin permissions in October, you will still need to attend or view the refresher.
Do I have to attend both of the webinars?
Nope! The webinar will be the same, so you only need to attend one.
What if I can’t make the webinars?
If you cannot make the live webinars on the 6th or 7th, you will be able to watch the recording via the Evergreen Learn site. It will be made available by Friday evening (Nov 8).
Do I have to attend the webinar and watch the recording?
Nope! You can do one or the other.
When do I have to watch the recording by?
You will have until March 1st, 2025 to watch the recording. If you do not watch the recording by the 1st, your LocalAdmin account will be reverted to Circ1 until you have done so. This will allow you continued access to the web client while you work on completing the refresher.
Can I watch the recording with someone else?
We understand that individual logins and access are not always an option for all staff, but at this time it is the only way to track usage. More information will be made available with the recording.
