Training Tip!

Alexis Caudell, director, developed a training quiz for the staff at Mitchell Community Public Library to complete six months after the library’s go live date. The purpose is catch any training gaps and note areas for follow up training.

Intra-Evergreen Lending: Additional Bags Ordered

Additional InfoExpress bags have been ordered and should be arriving at the libraries in a few weeks. In the interim, you might copy Plainfield Public Library’s successful and clever idea and ask staff to bring in shoe boxes to help ease the shipping crunch. Please note that given the large number of items transited, libraries can not be expected to honor requests to return an item in the same shipping container.
