Letter from Kristi Harms, chair of the Evergreen Indiana Executive Committee

The attached letter was sent out to all Evergreen Indiana listservs on February 3, 2011. Please read it for information regarding upcoming changes to the Evergreen Indiana consortium.

Bills Modification – Update

The list of bill types has been revised in order to streamline the listing available in the Bill Patron interface. Old bill types are referenced in the Notes field, as shown in the screenshot. These new bill types may only be attached to UNPAID charges. No old bills have been removed during this process.

Patron Card Expiration Courtesy Notices

Evergreen Indiana now generates 30-day courtesy notices to patrons with valid email addresses whose card is about to expire.

As with other email notices, this is a courtesy and is not guaranteed to arrive if the patron has filtered emails from Evergreen, or their ISP is disallowing our messages.
