Evergreen Indiana 2014 Central Region Roundtable
The first ever Evergreen Indiana regional roundtable kicked off yesterday at Westfield Washington Public Library. Over 40 staff members from 15 libraries were in attendance. It was a lively discussion, with a lot of laughs and thoughtful sharing, and we appreciate everyone taking the time to gather and share their recommendations and experiences! A special thanks goes out to Westfield Washington for hosting and allowing us to be the inaugural library gathering in their brand new meeting room.

Northeast Region – October 2, 10am-Noon, South Whitley Community Public Library
Southeast Region – October 3, 9:30am-11:30am, Greensburg-Decatur County Contractual Public Library
Southwest Region – October 22, 10am-Noon, Loogootee Public Library
Participants will receive agendas, hospitality, and parking information. We encourage you to submit requests for inclusion on the agendas or bring your ideas for other updates, changes, and improvements for on-the fly discussion. Frontline staff members are encouraged to participate and share their perspectives!
Space is limited, so please register if you would like to participate in any of the roundtables.
Committee News
The Patron Services Committee will meet on September 16, 2014 at 10am at the Greenwood Public Library. This meeting is open to all Evergreen Indiana staff.

Congratulations to Royal Center-Boone Township Public Library on wrapping up their automation project! We have set a migration date and look forward having you live.
Roachdale Public Library welcomes interim director Jennifer Stranger.
Migration News
The Royal Center-Boone Township Public Library’s targeted go-live is December 2, 2014. There will be no cataloging freeze associated with this migration.
The North Madison County Public Library migration is scheduled for October 17-21, 2014. A modified cataloging freeze is anticipated during that weekend. Further information will be forthcoming as available.
