Annual Report Data
Due to the inclement weather, the annual report data has been delayed. We are working on it very actively and hope to have it you at the beginning of next week. Thank you for your patience!
Payment Program Invoices Out
The first batch of quarterly invoices is out to all members. This marks the end of the first quarter with all members eligible to accept fines and fees on behalf of one another. Thanks everyone for all your hard work learning and monitoring the new processes and reports! If you find any further discrepancies, please let Anna know.

Deadlines
Our final scheduled barcode/library card pool is now open. The pool has been extended until January 15, 2014 due to the inclement weather. Please be advised that we have reached the end of our contract with this vendor and will experience a gap in service while we negotiate a new contract. Please ensure you have at least 6-8 months supplies on hand. Please visit the Purchasing Pool page for details on how to order.
