A few updates for today!
We wanted to let you know that at the end of October we will be transitioning to new Zoom accounts. Meetings and webinar registrations and links for October will stay as is, but we will be recreating webinars and meetings for November and beyond. We will also re-register those who have already signed up for the November webinars, so be on the look out for the updated links and “Thanks for registering” emails.
Webinars have been scheduled for Offline Mode and the “New” Reports Module for the week before the Upgrade (Nov 23-24). We understand it’s ILF that week, but recordings will be made available to those who cannot make the live session. You can find registration links on the EI Calendar.
And finally, I have submitted the first round of old report templates to be deleted from the database. These are reports from expired Admin Team accounts that were created in and before 2013. I made sure to remove templates that had been run in the last 30 days, so those should remain for now. If there are any recurring reports that you use that are owned at the “shared” level (using a template from a shared folder outside of your library system), please clone it. You will likely need to set up a new recurring report.
