2017 Tour Update

We’re going to be on the road a lot in the next few weeks with visits and migrations, so thank you for your patience if it takes a bit longer to get back to you than usual.
Committee News
The eContent Committee met at the Indiana State Library on October 10, 2017 at 10 am. Among the discussion topics were the implementation of the Advantage Plus program for the eIndiana group and Kanopy (a streaming media vendor). An update will be sent out the eContent listserv.
The Executive Committee met at the Indiana State Library on October 10, 2017 at 1 pm. Items on the agenda include a replacement for the Patron Services Committee, updates to proof of residency requirements, and a revision of the patron privacy policy to enumerate agencies eligible for disclosures. The meeting was broadcast and recorded.
Migration News
On October 19, 2017, Ohio Township Public Library will open their doors as the latest active Evergreen Indiana member! Please note that there will be a modified cataloging freeze in place that week leading up to the go-live. Area libraries are invited to send staff to mentor OHTWP staff that day! Please let me know if you’ll be able to attend.
