Weekly Update — April 18, 2017
On the road!
This year, the admin team is hitting the road to visit all of the member libraries. We’re touring your buildings, answering questions, and collecting ideas and feedback for current and future projects. We’ll be taking pictures and collecting info to highlight a few things that are unusual or extra special at your library to share with the community! Our first visits took place in late March.
2016 Evergreen International Annual Report
The 2016 Annual Report for the Evergreen ILS project was released at the 2017 International Conference. Check it out to see how Evergreen Indiana plays a role in collaborating with libraries across the US and world!
Deadlines
- MassLNC Development Survey closes on May 5, 2017
- Executive and subcommittee ballots are due by May 12, 2017.
- The 2017 Bylaws amendment votes are due by May 31, 2017.
- The 2017 Ethics Audit closes on August 1, 2017.

Migration News
The New Castle-Henry County Public Library go live has been scheduled for May 3, 2017. There will be a modified cataloging freeze April 29-May 3, 2017 associated with this migration. Area libraries are invited to participate at the go-live! Please let Anna know if you’re planning to attend!
