Weekly Update — March 29, 2017
We’re off to conference!
The Evergreen conference season has arrived! We look forward to seeing everyone who can make it on Friday at the Evergreen Indiana Annual Conference. Then next week, we’re off to Covington, KY for the Evergreen International Conference. Please note that support may be a bit slower to respond than usual with the reduced on-site staffing. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to see you all at conference!!!
Deadlines
- Executive and subcommittee ballots are due by May 12, 2017.
- The 2017 Bylaws amendment votes are due by May 31, 2017.
- The 2017 Ethics Audit closes on August 1, 2017.
Committee News
The Executive Committee will hold their next meeting at the Evergreen Indiana Annual Conference on March 31, 2017. All interested staff are invited to attend.
Migration News
The New Castle-Henry County Public Library go live has been scheduled for May 3, 2017. There will be a modified cataloging freeze May 1-3, 2017 associated with this migration. Area libraries are invited to participate at the go-live!
