Registration Now Open!
The 2016 Evergreen Indiana Annual Conference registration is now open! Please take a few minutes to peruse the schedule, check out our Keynote, and get your registration in early. We’ve got a terrific line-up of presenters and sessions and are going to have another great conference!
2016 Evergreen International Scholarships
The Evergreen Indiana Executive Committee has approved the distribution of $875 scholarships for Evergreen Indiana library staff to attend the 2016 Evergreen International Conference in Raleigh, NC. Applications must be completed in full and returned to the Evergreen Indiana Coordinator by March 11, 2016. Applications will be reviewed by the Executive Committee members, and 4 recipients will be selected. Applicants will be notified of the selection results by March 21, 2016. Committee News
The eContent Committee met on February 9, 2016 at 10am at the Indiana State Library and hosted presentations for GaleCourses and Learning Bird. The committee will next meet on June 14, 2016.
The Executive Committee met on February 9, 2016 at 1pm at the Indiana State Library. This meeting was recorded and may be view on Youtube. The committee will next meet on March 31, 2016 at 10am at the Indiana State Library. A detailed recap of the meeting will be released to the Support listserv shortly.
The revised Rules of Governance for the Patron Services Committee are now available for viewing. They will be in full effect beginning April 11, 2016.
New Members!
Please welcome Eckhart Public Library and Garrett Public Library to Evergreen Indiana! Both libraries are located in DeKalb County and anticipate migrating in late summer-early fall 2016.

We still need committee nominees! We particularly need Class C representatives for the Patron Services Committee. The nomination form is available now at: Committee Nomination Form.
You may self nominate or nominate another qualified individual. The nominations are open until February 12, 2016. If insufficient nominations exist for a given class of library, available nominees may be listed on the ballot as at-large representatives for the seat in question.
