INfo Express
There are many Indiana libraries that have very similar names. When returning materials via INfo Express, make sure that you have chosen the correct library abbreviation. For example: Winchester (WCPL) and Wolcott (WOCPL) are only one letter different.
January Training Sessions
January 14: Advanced Cataloging Training, 9 am – 4 pm, Indiana State Library
January 18: Advanced Cataloging Training, 9 am – 4 pm, Paoli Public library
(Attendees must have taken the Introduction to Cataloging in Evergreen Indiana class.)
January 20: Admin/Reports Training, 10 am – 12 noon, Indiana State Library

Membership News
Evergreen Indiana added two new public library members this week. Welcome to Hartford City Public Library (Blackford County) and Cambridge City Public Library (Wayne County)! Evergreen Indiana membership now stands at 94, including the State Library.
Committee Meeting News
New! 2012 Evergreen International Conference Host Committee
A call for members! The 2012 Evergreen International Conference Host Committee is seeking members interested in helping plan for the 2012 Evergreen International Conference to be held in Indianapolis. The next scheduled meeting is at 12:00 noon, February 15, 2011 at Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library, prior to the Executive Committee meeting.
New! OverDrive Committee
At their meeting on December 14, the Executive Committee created a new subcommittee to address policy issues regarding OverDrive (http://search.overdrive.com). Mary Hougland (Jennings County Public Library; mary.hougland@jenningslib.org) was appointed chairperson.
New Circulation Committee Members
Two new members have been added to the Circulation Committee: Virginia Jensen, Mooresville Public Library and Teresa Hudson, Culver-Union Township Public Library, replace Carol Thornton-Anderson and Paula Hilton.
