Weekly Update—February 11, 2014

Preparing for 2.5: Almost there!

If you haven’t had a chance to participate, please sign up now for the final “Welcome to 2.5” webinar. (Registration information is listed below.) The live webinar is TLEU eligible, and will include interactive Q&A. Collected Q&A will be made available on the blog for review. If you or your staff have not been able to attend a live class and would like to prepare for the upgrade, the taped version of the training along with the documentation is available here: 2.5 Upgrade Resource Page.

The system will be unavailable from 5pm EST on February 14, 2014-February 17, 2014. We will let you know as soon as possible on the 17th when we’re ready for you to begin uploading your offline sessions. We have made arrangements with OverDrive for that content to remain available during the downtime.

Committee News

Would you like to help make the decisions that guide our consortium? We are accepting personal nominations for participation on the Executive Committee and the subcommittees. Committee members are expected to attend 4-6 regularly scheduled meetings annually, participate on taskforces, help with training development and delivery, and policy and procedure development. Join us as we continue to lead and improve Evergreen Indiana!

Meetings

The Executive Committee will meet at the Indiana State Library on February 11, 2014 at 1pm. This meeting will be live streamed for members unable to attend the meeting in person. You may view the streaming event on Google+ or YouTube.

The eContent Committee will meet at the Indiana State Library on February 11, 2014 at 10am.

All members are encouraged to attend committee meetings and provide feedback!

Upcoming Evergreen Indiana Training Opportunities
