Preparing for 2.5
We are testing the 2.5 interface in preparation for the upgrade in February this week. If you would like to participate, please let Anna know. Committee members should have already received their materials. We have a short testing window and would like to make the most of it. Our thanks to everyone who has already begun providing feedback!
Once testing is completed, a series of webinars will be held to inform all staff of the upcoming changes and to prepare everyone for workflow changes and improvements. Please watch the listservs for dates and times.
We are on schedule to make the upgrade over the weekend of February 15-16, 2014. The catalog will be completely unavailable during that time, and we are planning for a soft close on the 17th as well to accommodate any unexpected complications. Please plan to be offline that day, and we will let you know as soon as possible when to come back online. Procedures for the closure dates will be sent out via listserv shortly.
