Upgrade Delayed
To ensure the best possible experience for staff and patrons, the scheduled software upgrade in December has been postponed. Details of the new timeline will be made available as soon as they are finalized. Thank you for your understanding!
Reminder: Dedupe
The Evergreen Indiana servers will be unavailable October 12(evening)-14 for patron and staff use during a record deduplication cycle. Libraries open during these days are asked to use standalone mode. Thank you for your patience!

- The eContent Committee will meet at the Indiana State Library on October 8, 2013 at 10am in room
401425. A to Z Databases will present as a vendor.
Member News
Otterbein Public Library welcomes new Interim Director Cindy Jackson.
The Morristown Branch of the Shelby County Public Library is moving to 418 W. Main St., Morristown, IN 46161. The branch will have new hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm. Please update your local records.
Migration News
We are pleased to announce the go-live dates for Montpelier Harrison Township Public Library and Westville-New Durham Township Public Library.
- Montpelier-Harrison Township: November 5, 2013. There will be a modified cataloging freeze November 1 (close of business)-5, 2013. Cataloging may resume as normal on November 6, 2013 unless otherwise notified.
- Westville-New Durham Township: November 12, 2013. Westville-New Durham Twp has automated as part of their migration; there will be no cataloging freeze.
