Reminder: Evergreen Indiana Down for Maintenance
The system will be down for a scheduled maintenance after 5pm on Sunday, September 8, 2013. Barring unexpected complications, libraries should expect processes to return to normal at the start of business on Monday, September 9, 2013. Please watch the listservs for notice once the maintenance is completed.
Change to Item Deletion Settings
At the request of the Cataloging Committee, the process for deleting holdings has been simplified. Call numbers are now set to automatically delete if the sole item holding in your collection is deleted. This does not affect the bibliographic record, only your local holdings records.
Interested in Wowbrary?
The eContent Committee is reviewing the Wowbrary product and would like to gauge Evergreen Indiana member interest. Pricing information was sent out to the Evergreen Support and Evergreen eContent lists on August 29. If your library would like to participate in a consortium discount subscription for Wowbrary, please let the Evergreen Indiana Coordinator (Anna Goben) know. The eContent Committee will vote on whether to recommend the product at the October 8, 2013 meeting.

The Cataloging Committee will meet at 10am on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library.
