A Quick Update for August 26, 2025
Good afternoon, all! We wanted to send a quick update:
Aspen Reindexes Scheduled
We have scheduled two Aspen catalog reindexes that will coincide with the next two library migrations. The first one will begin on Saturday, August 30th and should be completed by Monday, September 1st. This is for the Brook Iroquois Washington Public Library migration so we can connect their migrated data to Aspen.
The second reindex will begin on Saturday, September 27th and should be completed by Monday, September 29th. This is for the Jasonville Public Library migration so we can connect their migrated data to Aspen.
Remember that these reindexes sever the connection between Evergreen and Aspen, so Aspen is basically offline. Evergreen Indiana will still be up and running.
Conference Attendee Survey

Closed for Labor Day
The Indiana State Library and EILC Admin Office will be closed on Monday, September 1st for the holiday.
