Important Evergreen Indiana Conference Information
Unfortunately, due to increased construction and road closures around the Indiana State Library impacting accessibility to our building, we are pivoting the 2025 Evergreen Indiana Conference to ONLINE ONLY. The virtual conference will still take place on August 15th, 2025. If you’ve already signed up for the conference, no need to re-register but I would like to know if you’re still planning to attend or not. I’d like to hear from you either way. I sincerely apologize for the last-minute change and hope you’ll join us virtually! Register here. Registration closes on July 31st at 4:00 pm EST.
Barcode Buying Pool
The next barcode buying pool is July 14th – 18th. To place orders, please use the provided form and email the completed form to Jennifer at PSI Plastic Graphics (Jennifer@idcard.com). Product descriptions should be entered as one of the following: green Evergreen Indiana combo packs, blue Evergreen Indiana combo packs, or item barcodes. They have the art, but they may need to follow-up with a few extras for cards like your website info.
Pricing:
Library cards are $0.28/each.
Item barcodes are $0.035/each.
Under the terms of the contract, there are no supplemental charges, such as shipping or setup.
