2025 Evergreen Indiana Conference Registration

Registration is open for this year’s Evergreen Indiana Conference!

• Date – Friday, August 15, 2025, 9:00 am EST
• Location – Indiana State Library, 315 W. Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN – Ohio Street and Senate Avenue entrances will be open at 8 am
• Construction – the new Indiana State Archives building construction on Ohio Street across from ISL might affect parking & street opening & closures, please park in the Senate Avenue parking garage directly across from the library and bring you ticket in for validation
• Registration link – Registration closes July 31st 

New Libraries – Coming Soon!

The Executive Committee approved two new membership applications last week: Jeffersonville Township Public Library and Harrison County Public Library. This puts us at ten libraries in line to migrate! 

Gale Courses Invoices

If your library opted into the discount on Gale Courses, invoices will be sent out in July. 

Quarter 2 Payment Program Invoices

Reminder, quarter 2 payment program invoices will be posted next week.
