Updating hours for your library

Hours of Operation #

Aspen Administration > Primary Configuration > Locations > Library Hours

At this time, Hours of Operation must be manually managed separately between Evergreen and Aspen. The “Automatically update hours from the ILS” does not work with the Evergreen ILS.

• For days that you are closed, make sure the Closed button is checked.
• Select your Opening Hour and Closing Hour. The function uses military time (18:00 = 6pm)
• Add any notes associated with that day.
• You can Delete or Add New days.

Make sure you save any changes!
