**Any setting change within Aspen that notes “Updating this setting causes a nightly reindex” should not be modified at this time. These changes cause a reindex that severs the connection between Evergreen and Aspen, delaying Aspen status updates, hold request submissions, and more. Please submit a helpdesk ticket if you have any questions.**
By default, all shared lists in the consortium (created by library staff) are visible in your library’s catalog results when Explore More is enabled. This can be modified to show only your library’s lists and events.

Log in with your Aspen Administrator account and go to Administration > Primary Configuration > Library Systems and select your library system from the list.

Navigate to the Searching tab and click on it to open.

Click the dropdown to view your options:

- No Lists: Zero lists will appear in your catalog’s search results.
- Lists from this library: Only your publicly made lists will appear in your catalog’s search results. This excludes the NYT Bestsellers lists.
- Lists from library list publishers Only: Only your publicly made lists will appear in your catalog’s search results. This includes the NYT Bestsellers lists.
- Lists from all list publishers: Any publicly made-by-staff lists will be visible in your catalog’s search results.
- All Lists: Only lists marked as public will be visible in your catalog’s search results.
Select Lists from library list publishers Only and click Save.
While this change does not cause the primary reindex to run, the lists process may need to run to update these changes.
