In Evergreen Indiana, certain item statuses will cause the item to delete after a certain period of time. Below you will find the retention schedule for these statuses. Click here to view a list of all item statuses within Evergreen Indiana and their default settings.
Five Years #
Items in one of these statuses will be automatically deleted five years from the last edit date.
- Damaged
- In Process
- Long Overdue
- Long Overdue (Legacy)
- Lost
- Lost (Legacy)
- Missing
- On Order
- Temporarily Unavailable
Discard/Weed #
Items in a status of Discard/Weed will be automatically deleted six months from the last edit date.
Lost and Paid #
Items in a status of Lost and Paid will be automatically deleted the first Sunday of each quarter.
For example, if a lost item is paid for and the system marks it as Lost and Paid on February 3, 2026, it will delete during the Item Maintenance window that runs on Sunday, April 5th.
However, this also means that if an item is marked lost and paid Thursday, April 2nd that it will be deleted on April 5th as well.
